Delivery Policy:

Once purchased, your item(s) will be shipped within three working days of receiving payment. For bulky items we use Parcel Force & DHL, and for smaller items we use the tracking service by Royal Mail. For international shipping, we also use Parcel Force & DHL, and for smaller items International Signed for. All items will be wrapped securely in bubble wrap, and for more fragile items, they will be boxed up safely.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

If you have purchased an item, but later decide that you want to cancel the transaction, just let us know and we will cancel it for you. If any money has been paid for the item, it will be refunded as soon as we are notified about the cancellation. If you can let us know within three working days, then we will be able to sort it out in no time.

Similarly, if you are at all unhappy about your purchase please let us know, and as well as offering our deepest apologies, we will provide you with a full refund (excluding postage). We can also exchange your item for another if you prefer this. Again, please notify us in three working days to avoid any complications.

Please rest assured that we do not store your private or financial information; we will have for our reference your postal address so that we can ship the item out to you, and we will have the reference ID for the transaction. Financial information is not stored on our website or system at all. In any case of any fraudulent activities witnessed on your account, please contact your personal bank / building society to file a complaint with them.
